Hickory Computer can give you the same level of support at a fraction of the cost. Although we do service residential customers, our focus since the beginning has been to provide affordable, professional support to businesses in Hickory and the Catawba Valley area.
Our client list includes: Doctors, Attorney’s, Dentists, Real Estate Agents, Auto Dealerships, Dry Cleaners and Small Business Owners. We have experience in a wide variety of environments — experience that will give you peace of mind knowing your systems are ready for business.
Rates

General Fees

Hourly Rate: $40, 2 hour minimum at the technicians discretion.
Trip Charge: $25 for for calls over 25 minutes from greater Hickory area. |
Operating System Install-$99 |
We’ll install the OS of your choice, apply all available updates, load device drivers, install security software, configure email accounts, install 1 printer and install 1 application of your choice. |
Mal-Ware or Virus Removal- $99 |
We will conduct a thorough scan of your computer’s hard drive for all forms of Mal-Ware, Spy-Ware and Viruses and remove or repair the infected files. |

During this 3-4 hour process we restore your computer to ‘like-new’ performance. Your PC will operate just as fast as the day you brought it home! We un-box and connect your new computer, connect one printer, install 1 application, apply all OS updates, remove all trial and sales software, configure existing internet connection or add to existing network, configure email accounts. |
