Why is my PC slow? Should I buy a new one?
We get this question all the time. You know, it really depends on what you’re using the computer for. Not everyone needs the latest technology, but we understand how frustrating a slow PC can be! Our system optimization process is designed to restore the computer to perform the way it did the day you bought it. If you are not pushing the your PC to its limits with the latest games or photo and video editing software, then chances are we can save you a lot of money. Many of our customers have PC’s that are 3-5 years old and with our maintenance, they work just fine!
What we do.
Over the past 3 years we have honed our optimization process to what we feel is a unique service not available in other repair centers. The 40 point process takes about 4 hours to complete and includes 5 major categories:
- Inspection and Physical Cleaning
- Hardware and Software Diagnostics
- Updates – System and Drivers
- File System Maintenance and Performance Optimization
- Backup and Security Verification
Due to the time involved this service is only available in-shop. We will return the PC as quickly as possible, but please allow 3 business days. Pick-up and delivery is available.
