After three years of mobile only service, we have finally established a “base” in Hickory! Our new office is located in the middle of our Hickory client base and close to highway 321 and I-40, so we may more quickly reach our customers outside the county. We are in the Wachovia tower in downtown on the fifth floor. The new office, suite 510, has a lot more space than we are accustomed to. We will be able to service more computers at one time resulting in faster turn around times for our customers. Field repairs should be faster too as our parts inventory will be close by. As you can imagine, we’re excited about the new address and looking forward to getting unpacked. Now if I can just find my stapler….
